    Our three FrontOffice Systems are designed to suit properties of any size: 

    Motelier Majoris for establishments with 50 to 500 units, or with significant conference orfunction business. Networked and interfaced with PABX, point of sale terminalsand other related electronic equipment, it is the complete Front Officesolution.  

    MotelierStandard is for medium sized motels andresorts. It provides automatic handling of coaches, groups and packages, and canbe  interfaced to other hardware such as the PABX or cash registers. It isavailable in single-user or network versions.  

    Motelier Minoris for smaller, owner-managed motels (under 30 units) that do not normallyhandle groups. It comprehensively covers all operations of the typicalaccommodation-only motel and, because it does not require on-site installationor training, is an affordable quality solution for a motelof this type.

    Hardware Requirements

    Motelier Needs to be loaded on the C: drive.

    Any NEW machine running windows XP will be suitable to run Motelier. However if you are looking to buy a new machine, these are the features we recommend you look for.

  • Pentium IV or AMD XP Processor
  • Windows XP Home or Professional
  • 20 Gb hard disk minimum
  • 256 Mb RAM
  • Video card to handle 32 bit colour resolution of 800 x 600
  • LCD monitor capable of displaying at 800x600 resolution
  • CD Burner and floppy disk drive (USB floppy drives can be purchased and plugged)
  • Mouse and standard 101 keyboard
  • UPS

    If you are wanting to make do with a machine you already have, the following are the minimum which will run successfully.

  • Intel Pentium II or equivalent. This is the absolute minimum
  • Windows 98 or later
  • At least 500Mb hard drive free
  • 64 Mb RAM
  • Minimum of 256 colours
  • Screen resolution of 800x600
