    These optionalinterface modules are great time savers and efficiency aids.

    PABX call-accounting interface

    • Eliminates manual checking of phone calls
    • No separate call-accounting device is needed
    • Accurate call costs based on carrier-supplied meter pulses or on a time based accounting system.
    • Flexible mark-up rates.
    • All calls automatically recorded against the appropriate guest or motel account.
    • Saves valuable time at check-out; charges cannot be omitted by mistake as no check-out can be done until all charges have been posted.
    • Warns if calls already made from an extension when guest checks in.
    • Call charges can be diverted or transferred to other accounts, including split, group, function or motel accounts, and automatically go with the account if a guest is moved to another room.
    • Detailed reports are provided on past calls for any date, extension or account.

    PABX property management interface

    • Depending on the facilities provided by the PABX, the computer can automatically open, close and limit extensions, record room cleaning status, set guest name, handle wake-up calls, etc.

    Cash-register/Point-of-Sale interface

    • Restaurant and bar charges are entered directly from the cash register to the Front Office accounts.
    • Saves valuable staff time; eliminates duplication of work and handling errors.
